Outlook Express To HTML Converter has a simple and convenient interface.

You can convert messages from any folder of any Identity. To do this, you should first select the Identity (in case you have more than one Identity), then select the necessary folder and select the messages from the selected folder to be converted. You can convert all the messages or the ones you selected from the list below. Use the ALT, CTRL and SHIFT keys to select several messages from the list. Double click the message to view it.
The "Apply filter" checkbox allows you to apply a set of rules to the converted messages. The message will be processed only if it satisfies the rules.
You can select the color scheme thus changing the appearance of the converted HTML messages.

• All messages / Selected messages - specifies the messages from the selected folder to be converted - all of them or only the ones selected
• Apply filter - If checked, a set of rules is applied to each message to be converted and the message will be converted only if it satisfies these rules
• Ignore encrypted - If checked, encrypted messages will be converted in encrypted form, no password will be asked for each message of this kind
• From / To - If the filter is enabled, it will allow you to select certain senders and/or receivers. Only the messages with From: and To: fields matching the specified ones will be converted (you can select several elements from the list)
• Start / End - If filter is enabled, it will allow you to specify the time period. Only the messages corresponding to the specified period will be converted
• Color scheme - Select one of the available color schemes to change the appearance of the converted HTML messages
• Place all messages into one HTML file - Allows you to place all the messages to one HTML file
• Converting only the list of messages, without the bodies - Allows you to create a messages list without their full converting
• Create output subfolders with the names of Outlook folders - Allows you to convert messages from all folders in the current Identity at once, a separate subfolder is created on the disk for each OE folder.
• Convert - After you click the Convert button, the program will ask you to specify the folder to which you want to save the converted messages. The converting then begins.
• Exit - exits the program.
